Check in "mount point" - Dag - 06-15-2020

Hi,

is it appropriate to set the pipeline "mount point" to texture when I check in textures into the asset library?

Thank you all!
Dag

Hi,
when I check in files I can choose where it should be placed in Process:

Well, it depends on you Pipeline.
If You have, for example, process called Sources which You created to store source files of textures - You can checkin file in it. (psd, ai and etc).
If You want to checkin "Production ready" file, so it would be the Publish.
There also some built-in processes Icon and Attachment. All Files You are attached with notes goes to this process, icon is for previews.
So, You can setup naming depending on than, {snapshot.process} or {snapshot.context}

process = is major (publish, icon, etc)
context = major + sub, (publish/low, publish/high)
