Error: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/root' - aixme - 12-06-2019

Hellow Tactic devs and users
When I try to create project,this error appear.Error: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/root'.
I run the tactic statup_dev.py as apache on centOS 7 server. And I try to change the tactic folder permissions to apache use chown -R apache:apache.
How can I fix this error.
Create project succes without preview icon.No errors appear.
Try to upload icon for my account at top of right.This error appear again.
Little bit strange.

Can you post Your TACTIC config?
Are You checking image from /root dir?
